I’ve created the TRUE Leadership philosophy as a way of quickly and easily expressing the core principles of everything that I do.
TRUE is an acronym that breaks down into these four areas:
Trusting
This area encapsulates trust in a number of different ways; trusting yourself, trusting others, and trusting the process.
Reflecting
Reflecting gives us an opportunity to pause, celebrate our successes, and plan our next steps.
Understanding
Understanding ourselves is crucial to helping us appreciate our unique strengths and utilise these; and understanding others helps us work together as an effective team and get the best out of each other.
Empowering
Encouraging others and enabling them to grow as an authentic individuals is a key element of TRUE Leadership.
These TRUE Leadership principles underpin everything I do; one-to-one coaching, action learning sets, leadership residentials, and self-discovery retreats.
